This website does not collect appointment requests or patient records directly. Calling, emailing or opening WhatsApp uses the selected external communication service.
Please avoid including medical reports, identification documents or sensitive details in an initial enquiry.
Article readership reports
On greencity.arcstellar.com, a small first-party script counts article page loads and whether an article starts a visit. The hospital’s CMS shows daily totals so editors can understand which guides are useful. No advertising cookies or visitor identifiers are used. A timestamp in your tab’s session storage helps distinguish an entry page from a later page in the same visit; a new visit starts after 30 minutes without a page load.
The analytics database stores only the article address, date, total views and total landing visits, for up to 400 days. It does not store your IP address, referrer, search terms or medical details. The server temporarily uses the request address in memory for up to one minute to limit automated requests. Ordinary hosting access logs are separate from these reports. Tracking respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences where available.
